55 Suspension pending investigation and hearing
Committee may suspend the registration of a professional member,
licensee, permit holder, certificate holder or member-in-training
pending a preliminary investigation or a decision of the Discipline
Committee.
(2) A person whose registration is suspended under subsection (1)
may apply to the Court for an order staying the suspension.
(3) A copy of an application under subsection (2) must be served
on the Registrar.
