83.5 Register for professional licensees
bylaws and subject to the direction of the Council, a register for
each category of professional licensee.
(2) The Registrar shall enter in the appropriate register the name of
a person who has paid the fee prescribed under the bylaws and
whose registration to engage in the practice of engineering or
geoscience as a professional licensee has been approved by the
Board of Examiners.
