84 Evidence of registration
the Registrar shall issue to that individual
(a) a certificate of registration to engage in the practice of
engineering or geoscience, as the case may be, within the
scope of practice specified by the Board of Examiners, and
(b) a stamp or seal engraved as prescribed in the bylaws.
