88 Governance of joint boards and committees
Minister shall, by order, prescribe, subject to any provision to the
contrary in this Act, with respect to each joint board and committee
established under section 87.5,
(a) the number of members, and
(b) the governance and operation of the committee or board,
including
(i) the method of appointment and term of the chair,
(ii) the quorum, and
(iii) procedural matters or delegating to the board or
committee the authority to make decisions about
procedural matters.

(2) Section 20(7) and (8) of the Interpretation Act apply to the
joint boards and committees.
(3) The Regulations Act does not apply to an order made under this
section, but the order must be published in Part I of The Alberta
Gazette.
