89.6 Non-application of provisions to professional technologists

Sections 2(1), 3(1)(b)(i), 5(1) and 6(1)(b)(i) do not apply to a
professional technologist engaged in the practice of engineering or
geoscience within the scope of practice specified by the Joint Board
of Examiners.
