124 Subpart 2 Incorporation, Fundamental Changes and Dissolution of Provincial Companies Alberta insurers
in Alberta unless it is incorporated, amalgamated or continued
under this Act.
(2) No fraternal society may be incorporated or continued under
the laws of Alberta.
