128 Contents of certificate of incorporation
must set out the name of the company, its financial year and
whether the company is a mutual provincial company.
(2) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may set out in the
certificate of incorporation of a provincial company any term or
condition not contrary to this Act that the Lieutenant Governor in
Council considers advisable to deal with the particular
circumstances of the company.
