13 Application Mutual benefit societies
corporate formed for the purpose of providing sick, disability or
funeral benefits for its members.
(2) This Act does not apply to a mutual benefit society if,
(a) in the case of sick or disability benefits, the society provides
benefits of $12 or less per week, and
RSA 2000
(b) in the case of funeral benefits, the society provides benefits
of $400 or less in respect of one funeral.
