165 Certificate of amalgamation
accordance with section 164, the Lieutenant Governor in Council
may issue a certificate of amalgamation continuing the applicants
as one provincial company.
(2) Section 128 applies with such modifications as the
circumstances require when a certificate of amalgamation is issued
pursuant to this section.
(3) The Minister must publish notice of the issuance of the
certificate of amalgamation in The Alberta Gazette.
