188 Certificate of dissolution
section 189, 190 or 191, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may,
if satisfied that the provincial company has complied with section
187(4) and that all the circumstances so warrant, issue a certificate
of dissolution that dissolves the company.
(2) A provincial company is dissolved and ceases to exist on the
date stated in the certificate of dissolution.
