230 Application of Business Corporations Act
to a provincial company as if the company were a corporation
within the meaning of that Act, and a reference in that Part to a
section of that Act, other than to a section in that Part, is deemed to
be a reference to the corresponding section of this Act that deals
with the same subject-matter.
