279 Meeting by electronic means
entitled to attend a meeting of participating policyholders or
shareholders may participate in the meeting by means of telephone
or other communication devices that permit all persons
participating in the meeting to hear each other, and a person
participating in such a meeting by those means is, for the purposes
of this Act, present at the meeting.
