304 Mandatory solicitation
management of a provincial company must, concurrently with
giving notice of a meeting of shareholders, send a form of proxy to
each shareholder entitled to receive notice of the meeting.

(2) Where a provincial company has fewer than 15 shareholders, 2
or more joint holders being counted as one shareholder, the
management of the company is not required to send a form of
proxy to the shareholders under subsection (1).
