317 Proposal to amend
shareholder who is entitled to vote at an annual meeting of
policyholders and shareholders of a provincial company may, in
accordance with sections 274 and 275, make a proposal to make,
amend or repeal the bylaws of the company referred to in section
316.
(2) If a proposal is made to make, amend or repeal the bylaws of a
provincial company to effect any of the changes referred to in
section 316, notice of the meeting of policyholders and
shareholders at which the proposal is to be considered must set out
the proposal.
