32 Terms and conditions
any time during the term of a licence, impose on the licence any
terms or conditions that are consistent with this Act that the
Minister considers appropriate.
(2) Before imposing terms or conditions under this section, the
Minister must notify the insurer of the proposed terms or
conditions and provide the insurer with an opportunity to make
representations to the Minister.
