349 Appointment of officers
bylaws, designate the offices of the company, appoint officers to
those offices, specify the duties of those officers and, subject to
section 350, delegate to them powers to manage the business and
affairs of the company.

(2) A director of a provincial company may be appointed to any
office of the company.
(3) Two or more offices of a provincial company may be held by
the same person.
