6 Commencement or repeal on proclamation
proclamation,
(a) a proclamation may ap ply to and fix a day for
(i) the commencement of, or
(ii) the repeal of,
all or any portion of the enactment, and
(b) proclamations may be issued at different times in respect of
different portions of the enactment.
