20 Registration Committee
composed of those persons appointed by the Council.

(2) The Registration Committee shall consider applications for the
registration of applicants as Alberta land surveyors in accordance
with this Part, the regulations and the bylaws and may
(a) approve the registration,
(b) refuse the registration, or
(c) defer the approval of regi stration until it is satisfied that the
applicant has complied with a requirement made under this
section.
(3) The Registration Committee may, in its discretion, require an
applicant for registration to obtain more experience of a kind
satisfactory to the Registration Committee for a period set by the
Committee before approving the registration.
