26 Annual certificate
annual fee prescribed in accordance with the bylaws.
(2) The Registrar shall issue an annual certificate in accordance
with the bylaws to an Alberta land surveyor
RSA 2000
(a) whose registration is not under suspension, and
(b) who has paid the annual fee.
(3) Subject to this Act, an annual certificate entitles the Alberta
land surveyor to engage in the practice of surveying during the year
for which the annual certificate is issued.
(4) An annual certificate expires on January 31 of the year
following its issue or on any other date that is prescribed in the
bylaws.
