33 Definitions
(a) "chair" means the chair of the Discipline Committee and
includes a vice-chair;
(b) "conduct" includes any act or omission;
(c) "investigated person" mean s an Alberta land surveyor,
surveyor's corporation or surveyor's partnership with
respect to whose conduct an investigation by the Discipline
Committee is being held under this Part.
