10 Officials acting as agents, etc.
Registrar or clerk in any Land Titles Office shall not directly or
indirectly act as the agent of any person investing money and
taking securities on land within Alberta, advise, for any fee or
reward or otherwise, on titles to land or practise as a conveyancer.
