102.3 Transitional re levy amount
Registrar for registration before the repeal of section 102.1(3), the
caveator or mortgagor described in section 102.1(1) shall pay to the
Registrar, as applicable,
(a) the levy for registration of the caveat or mortgage, as
applicable, required under section 102.1 as it read
immediately before the repeal of section 102.1(3), or
(b) the fee for registration of the caveat or mortgage, as
applicable, required under section 102.2.
