148 Registration of certificate of lis pendens
encumbrance may, instead of filing a caveat or after filing a caveat,
proceed by way of action to enforce the person's claim and register
a certificate of lis pendens in the prescribed form.
(2) A person who has proceeded by way of action to call into
question some title or interest in any land may register a certificate
of lis pendens in the prescribed form.
