158 Execution by interested commissioner for oaths or notary public
caveat if the individual who acted as a commissioner for oaths or
notary public in respect of that instrument or caveat is
(a) a party to the instrument or caveat, or
(b) a spouse who consents to the instrument or caveat pursuant
to the Dower Act.
