56.31 Production of information
require a subscriber to produce any information that the Registrar
considers necessary to ensure that the instruments, plans, caveats
and other documents received by the Land Titles Office are valid
and accurate.
(2) The Registrar may refuse to accept, register or file an
instrument, plan, caveat or other document submitted electronically
if the subscriber does not produce the information required by the
Registrar.
