98 Re-entry
re-entry and recovery of possession pursuant to section 97(b) by a
lessor, or the lessor's transferee by a legal proceeding, shall make a
memorandum of the fact on the certificate of title and, on so doing,
the estate of the lessee in the land determines and the Registrar
shall cancel the lease if delivered up to the Registrar for that
purpose, but the lessee is not hereby released from the lessee's
liability in respect of the breach of any covenant in the lease,
expressed or implied.
