(a) respecting the maximum amounts for the purposes of
sections 2(3)(c), 4(4)(c) and 8(1)(a);
(b) respecting contracts to which section 6 does not apply;
(c) respecting the class of obligations to which section 8 doe s
not apply;
(d) respecting forms for the purposes of this Act.
