20 Notice of landlord

of landlord and a street address and postal address in Canada for
that person.
(2) This section applies only to mobile home sites located in
mobile home parks.
(3) When a tenant enters into a tenancy agreement with a landlord,
the landlord shall serve the tenant with a notice of landlord within 7
days after the tenant takes possession of the mobile home site.
(4) A landlord may, instead of complying with subsection (3), post
the notice of landlord in a conspicuous place in the common areas.
(5) If the information in the notice of landlord changes, the
landlord shall serve the tenant with a new notice with the current
information or, if the landlord has posted the notice under
subsection (4), post a new notice with the current information.
(6) The landlord who posts a notice of landlord under this section
shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that it remains posted.
