36 Recovery of damages
resulting from the tenant's breach of the tenant's covenant to
vacate the mobile home site at the expiration or termination of the
tenancy, a landlord may recover
(a) general damages the landlord has suffered resulting from the
tenant's failure to vacate the mobile home site, and
(b) special damages the landlord has suffered resulting from the
landlord's liability to a new tenant because of the landlord's
failure to deliver possession of the mobile home site to the
RSA 2000
new tenant, if those damages could reasonably have been
foreseen by the tenant as a consequence of the tenant's
failure to vacate the mobile home site.
