59 Entering of order
Court of King's Bench and on being so entered it is enforceable in
the same manner as an order of the Court of King's Bench.
(2) An order made by the Court of Justice does not take effect until
it is entered under subsection (1) and served under section 60 or as
directed by the Court of Justice on the other parties to the
application other than the party entering the order.
