Part 4 — Formation, Fundamental Changes and Dissolution Division 1 General Criteria
120.1 Where no objections filed
to proceed and no objections are filed under section 120 by the date
specified in a notice given under that section, the Tribunal must
(a) consider the principles, standards and criteria on annexation
established under section 76, and
(b) prepare a written report w ith its recommendations and send
it to the Minister.
