141.1 City Charters Interpretation
(a) "charter", except in secti ons 141.3 and 141.4, includes an
amendment to a charter;
(b) "charter city" m eans a city for which a charter is established
under section 141.3.
(2) In this Part, a reference to "this Act" includes a regulation
made under this Act.
