146.04 Obstruction of investigators
permitted or exercising the investigator's powers under this
Division, a person shall not
(a) fail to comply with any reasonable request of the
investigator,
(b) knowingly make a false or misleading statement to the
investigator either orally or in writing, or
(c) otherwise obstruct or hinder the investigator.
