21 Appeal to Court

(1) The Registrar or a person whose appeal is heard by the
Tribunal may appeal the decision of the Tribunal by filing an
application with the Court and serving the application on any other
parties to the appeal heard by the Tribunal within 30 days after
being notified in writing of the decision, and the Court may make
any order that the Tribunal may make under this Part.
(2) An appeal lies from a decision of the Tribunal to the Court
only on a question of law or jurisdiction.
(3) The decision of the Court is final and cannot be further
appealed.
