22 Protection from liability
permit issuer, an accredited agency or its employees or officers, an
accredited municipality or its employees or officers, an accredited
regional services commission or its employees or officers, the
Tribunal or its members or employees or a person appointed or
engaged to perform a duty or exercise a power for the Tribunal, for
anything done or omitted to be done by any of them in good faith
while exercising their powers and performing their duties under
this Act.
