Part 6 — Registration
39 Change of address
within Alberta by delivering to the Registrar a notice of change of
address for service in the prescribed form.
(2) The Registrar shall
(a) on receipt of a notice of c hange of address for service, and
(b) on receipt of the proper fee,
enter the notice of change of address in the day book and make a
memorandum setting out the new address for service on the
registered statement of lien.
