15.1 Order making Act applicable
on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer, by order, make any
provision of this Act or the regulations applicable in respect of a
particular disease if the Minister is satisfied that the disease
presents a serious threat to public health.
(1.1) The Minister shall post online an order made under
subsection (1) as soon as is reasonably possible after the order is
made.
(2) The Regulations Act does not apply in respect of an order
referred to in subsection (1).
