27 Certificate of appointment as evidence
(a) purporting to be signed by a department head, and
(b) stating that the person na med in the certificate holds a
designated position or office in the public service,
RSA 2000
shall be admitted in evidence as proof, in the absence of evidence
to the contrary, of that fact without proof of the signature or official
character of the person appearing to have signed the certificate.
