27 Respondent must pay cost of closing property
the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance the cost of
closing, securing and keeping the property closed, in the amount
certified by the Director pursuant to section 28.
SAFER COMMUNITIES AND
(2) An amount payable pursuant to subsection (1) is a debt due and
owing to the Crown in right of Alberta.
