64 Regulations
(a) for the purposes of section 3(1)(e)(viii), prescribing other
uses as specified uses;
(b) for the purposes of section 37(1)(b)(v), prescribing other
methods or materials of fortification;
(c) governing appeals under this Act;
(d) prescribing any matter or thing required or authorized by
this Act to be prescribed in the regulations;
(e) defining any word or expression used but not defined in th is
Act;
(f) respecting any other matter necessary or advisable to carr y
out effectively the intent and purpose of this Act.
