57.2 Discretion to suspend, reduce or withdraw
if the person served with a notice of administrative penalty has not
submitted a notice of appeal and the Administrator is of the opinion
that the person is taking reasonable measures to remedy the
contravention or failure to comply, the Administrator may, in
writing, as the Administrator considers appropriate, and in
accordance with the regulations,
(a) suspend, reduce or withdraw the administrative penalty, and
(b) impose terms and conditions concerning a suspension.
