1 Definitions
(a) "Board" means the Special Areas Board;
(b) "land" does not include mines and minerals;
(c) "Minister" means the Minist er determined under section 16
of the Government Organization Act as the Minister
responsible for this Act;
(d) "public land" means land belonging to the Crown in right o f
Alberta and under the administration of the Minister;
(e) "special area" means a speci al area constituted under this
Act.
