14 Advisory committees
any special area of an advisory committee consisting of the number
of persons elected in the manner and by the persons and in the
localities that the Minister prescribes, who hold office for the term
that the Minister prescribes.
(2) The functions of a committee are to confer with and advise the
Special Areas Board as to matters affecting the special area for
which it is constituted, and it shall meet when called by the Board.
(3) The members of the committee shall be paid remuneration and
expenses as determined by the Minister.
