19 Audit
(a) shall prepare a statement of all revenues, expenditures,
liabilities and assets of the special areas for the financial

year ending on the immediately preceding December 31,
and
(b) shall submit the statemen t to the Auditor General for
auditing.
(2) On receipt of the audited financial statement, the Minister shall
forthwith submit it to the Legislative Assembly if it is then in
session, or if it is not then in session, within 15 days after the
opening of the next session.
