40 Confirmation of re-survey
the Minister
(a) shall publish notice of it in one issue of The Alberta Gazette
and once each week for 2 consecutive weeks in a newspaper
that circulates in the neighbourhood of the land re-surveyed,
and
(b) shall specify in the notice a day, not less than 2 weeks from
the date of the last publication of the notice, on which the
plan and other records will be considered and the parties
affected by it may be heard.
(2) After the hearing under subsection (1), the Minister may either
confirm the re-survey or direct that any amendments or corrections
that the Minister considers necessary be made, and shall confirm
the re-survey as amended or corrected.
(3) On confirmation by the Minister of the re-survey, the Director
shall amend the official plan accordingly.
(4) The monuments shown on the plan along the boundaries of the
re-surveyed land determine the boundary lines of the land re-
surveyed for all purposes.
