51 Protection from liability
following persons for anything done or not done by that person in
good faith while carrying out that person's duties or exercising that
person's powers under this Act including, without limitation, any
failure to do something when that person has discretionary
authority to do something but does not do it:
RSA 2000
(a) the Minister;
(b) the Director;
(c) a Board or a member of a Bo ard appointed by the Minister
under section 9(3);
(d) a surveyor appointed by the Director under section 6(1),
39(2), (5) or (6) or 47(5);
(e) an employee of the Government;
(f) a person to whom the Minister has, under section 9 of the
Government Organization Act, delegated a power, duty or
function under this Act.
