102 Contracts respecting estate property
with a contract that the testator, during life, entered into in good
faith and for valuable consideration, the property is not subject to
an order under this Division for maintenance and support except to
any extent that the value of the property, in the opinion of the
Court, exceeds the consideration received by the testator under the
contract.
