108 Transitional
on or after February 1, 2012.
(2) The Family Relief Act, as it read immediately before it was
amended by the Adult Interdependent Relationships Act, continues
to apply in cases of death occurring on or before June 1, 2003.
(3) The Dependants Relief Act, RSA 2000 cD-10.5, continues to
apply in cases of death occurring after June 1, 2003 but before
February 1, 2012.
