112 Regulations
for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Act and,
without limiting the generality of the foregoing, may make
regulations
(a) respecting applications t o the Court under this Act,
including, without limitation, regulations
(i) respecting the documents required to be filed with an
application under Division 2 of Part 5, and
(ii) respecting the persons required to be served with notice
of an application under Division 2 of Part 5, the
documents required to be served, the manner of service
and the time within which service must be effected;
(b) respecting financial information required to be provided
under section 95(2).
