87 Division 2 Maintenance and Support Definitions
(a) "incapacitated person" has the same meaning as in the
Public Trustee Act;
(b) "interested person" means a person referred to in section
91(1)(b);
(c) "Public Trustee" means the person appointed as the Public
Trustee under the Public Trustee Act;
(d) "represented adult" means an adult who has a trustee under
the Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act.
